I'm aware of that. However, I doubt every shareholder will exercise their warrants. Therefor the brokers will be able to exercise them on our behalf to cover the shares that they are short. No?

Not totally true,when they expire they go into EQBM treasury as assets for the company,depending on share price of SOMA.
