Why would anyone think that when the Judge clearly stated his Findings in DE 207? I've shared this info before and will do so again to ensure clarity as that was the Judge's intent...to be clear.

"Plaintiff may obtain both the remedy of specific performance and incidental damages in the form of an offset in purchase price based on unpaid tax liability."

The Judge is saying GDSI is entitled to the reduction in purchase price they requested.
