Sticking with guidance DONT MEAN SHEET. THEY PERFORMED AND WERE REWARDED. THEY ARE NOW UNDERPERFORMING and who is getting punished? 10-15% reduction in sales I would be ok with, not 80... My line of work and business practices apparently are less forgiving. You miss deadlines and don’t do what you say, you get fired. Not the second or third time, the first time. Start underperforming you move on to the next. Kgkg has work to do. Fluff isn’t going to move this. Kgkg needs results, action and leadership.
