WTF? Certainly not giving up any PCTL shares. Folks will just have to go find their own to buy.
The 8-K was helpful. PCTL officially notified the SEC in writing. Communication is a good thing.

PCTL is a real company with real products, EPA approvals, real deals, real sales, and revenue.
Next up is tardy fins, the OTCM upgrade, U.K. data, new deals. Now's the time to add, not sell.
