My thought is they will file the Q 1 report anytime between late April and early May... its due by May 15. It in we will get a very good look at Smart Crown Int. Then shortly after the Q is out they will announce that the first company to come into the holding company will be ABCDEF and then tell us the date it will be completed and give us who will be running it.. then after the Q 2 is filed we will get the 3rd company and then the Holding company will be completed for this year and there will be two full Quarters for the full company to generate revenue.

If they expand beyond that, then it wont be until 2021... IMO

All of this is just my opinion and could be as far off as Mars is to us...

Would be nice if the annual sales figure of the Australian company was accurate, eh? Converts to approx. 465M USD.
