56.7M-0.0001 x 59.97M-0.0002 now. ACTL is up 100% after 200K shares of Slapping action! It is extremely hard to steal any shares at the Real Bottom price 0.0001! Any luck yet?

You guys might want to Slap out all those dirt cheap shares at 0.0002 then sell them at 0.0020 ~ 0.0026 for 10 ~ 13-Bagger Huge Quick gain since its peer (FONU: 1.02B/985M/2B shares Large OS/float/AS) just surged 18-Bagger from the Same Bottom 0.0001 to 0.0018 yesterday v.s. ACTL (699M/693M/10B shares OS/float/AS) has much much lower OS count but it is trading at ridiculous low 0.0001 ~ 0.0002 now!

To match the same MV with FONU, ACTL will create a New high 0.00263 v.s. it is trading at joke low 0.0002 now!

Currently only another peer PUGE (634M/525M/2.9B shares OS/float/AS) is cheaper than ACTL in terms of current MV!

Where are those 300M shares of 0.0003 ~ 0.0002 buyers now? They should Slap out all the current Dirt Cheap 0.0002 asking shares (mere $12K cost) in order for ACTL hit 0.0003 or higher price levels again!
