its dilution. a month ago at these levels he dumped like 30 million shares. look at the insider transactions. tell me im seeing this wrong so can get back in. I dropped 10 gs last time at .15 in early march. then had to sink another 10 at .10 and another 10 at .85 just to get out up 5gs a month later at .145.

Its a sinking ship.
