Whoa! So much for the bid building lol.

I read too that the MM dropped the pps right out of the gate, but there was No volume out of the gate - the first trade was over 1 1/2 hours into the trading day.

Yikes, did ya see that dump. And there's no avg., they just dropped it.

Looking at today's trades (DUMPS!!!), three were exits with sales of 7+ million, 8+ million, and nearly 19 million. A few are getting the picture and bailing out before SPRV permanently settles at NO BID! When SPRV permanently settles at NO BID, those still holding SPRV shares will be locked in as the proverbial bagholders!

IMO, SPRV's wholly-owned subsidiaries are no more! SPRV has likely returned to its good old days, a shell of its former self (pardon the pun)! Lil Rod's favorite communications tool, Web to Door's public Twitter account has been made private, which is likely Web to Door's current status, i.e. PRIVATE COMPANY!

I have been predicting this move for months, but now it appears real! IT'S OVER! The U.S. Labor Department's class-action lawsuit against On Courier 365 has been settled. MISSION ACCOMPLISHED! The lawsuit was filed by the U.S. Government 9 months before SPRV acquired private company Web Door and its subsidiary, On Courier 365. The 9 months were used to choreograph the sham. So SPRV cleverly bought a company that was in the throes of being prosecuted for violating the U.S. Fair Labor Standards Act??? Yeah right!

IMO, as mentioned above, the purported acquisition of Web to Door was an orchestrated sham from Day 1. And I posted exactly this warning on Day 1, July 13, 2018! The sham was specifically setup to put the financial burden of defending On Courier 365 squarely on the shoulders of SPRV shareholders, instead of the private company owner Roderick Santulan. Just as planned, the SPRV shareholders paid the lawyers fees, a portion or all of the settlement amount, and any other ancillary legal costs! The FLSA case against On Courier 365 is done; therefore, Lil Rod no longer has a need to hang around! THE SCUM BAG IS GONE! It's over and Web to Door, along with its subsidiaries On Courier and Web to Door Trucking have been returned to their former self, a private company!

WORST OF ALL, SINCE SPRV IS NOT REGISTERED WITH THE SEC, IT CAN GET BY WITH NOT TELLING THE INVESTORS! THE SPRV SHAREHOLDERS ARE NOT ENTITLED TO ANY OF THE SEC INVESTOR PROTECTION PROTECTIONS! NOT ONE!
