Qprc is a great company in that they do really

well what they set out to do.....

Qprc is a horrible publicly traded company

One thing I think about is that the CEO holds 91 million shares of the company. He has NEVER filed to sell a single share. The old management team, filed every quarter to sell. Could be something. Could be nothing.
