When INSIDERS BUY as much as they bought as I showed that is NOT spam, PLUS all positive ratios and numbers with earnings at .25
Plus they will ride with OIL "IF" there is a Russia / Saudi deal
IMO .08-.10 downside and $1.00 upside if you know how to read charts?
