There is no “new” CEO lol - the burden falls on the company to keep the profile page up to date and they’ve not done so in 4 years. Even worse is the SEC filed Qs & Ks, CACH failed to file those since 2014.

There are No abusive NSS shares. When a stock lacks significant fails to deliver (FTD’s), it cannot have a problem with naked shorting.

Transfer Agents do Not pay to participate in the Transfer Agent Verified Shares Program.
