He also said he held a shareholder meeting which is complete BS as I’ve been a shareholder for 10+ years, so I’m certainly on record and I received no such notification or proxy statement.
He prolly thought it was one of those weird letters and threw it away. I'm pretty sure he doesn't even know of his 160m shs. The value of his shares were $3.2m at .02c for him and he didn't sell a share. Either he is filthy rich or has no idea.
