It is false. There is no settlement on the table. False. Read the docs filed with the court. The leverage GDSI had is that they believed Rontan was going to settle because they would never want their dark dirty secrets to get into the public domain in a lawsuit. Rontan obviously does not care. They're out. Rontan is not stupid. These stories can possibly get into the Brazilian press. Once again, they obviously do not care. A $190,000,000 million judgment is a good thing. A great thing. In my opinion, GDSI will make their life so miserable that they will have to pay up. However, there is no settlement currently on the table. That settlement may eventually come but to say there is one now is false.
