The short answer is no. It will be sometime after the hearing apparently scheduled in February. The company won't know. No one here will know. No one will know except the judge who will not know until the day her decision is handed down. Having worked in the federal judiciary for a time, and having participated in and/or observed such processes for 40+ years both up close and from afar, I believe the above answer is as close to the truth as you are likely to get. I have yet to meet the person with enough[any] prescient or precognitive power who would be able to predict such an event "definitively."
Common sense...but rest assured that the judge will work with due, deliberate speed. That is the judicial system we all live within.
