Thank you for saying that... I am not saying Jan is a good person but as far as legal goes its very legal...he keeps his 166,000,000 common shares period... morally it blows cuz he ruined the company but since when does the business world care about morality.

Why did David Lazar cancel the preferred stock then?

Why couldn't share holders that own the preferred's now benefit on the "new" TRDX? They are legacy shareholders also yes?
