Yes for restaurants that don't already do take out, some will add the service. A good portion already use doordash, ubereats, grubhub etc. Some restaurants will close up too. Some may use ghost kitchens. I don't think it's 50%. Covid-19 will go away. It may come back and there may be another pandemic. People are not going to stay inside forever. I agree that covid-19 is a game changer. Business models will change bc of it. Good luck to you too.
