The Shelf can't be used with its hidden dilution unless the PPS touches 0.06. Which leaves private placements to be reported in 8Ks. Last Homie 8K was in Jan. No such filings since. They seem to have nothing rolling in.
The game has always been Kenny gets paid first. Without any funding, he's not getting paid. So Sad. There's still the -$200K hole cited above. AN getting stiffed won't matter. They will hang in there, as PMCB is publicity for them. But what of the others contracted? Kenny is going to need a lot more Homie private placements. Could get interesting.
