Neight...... Shhhh

Nobody wants to talk about the fact that David Lazar's 120 MILLION shares was not listed.

I guess they just *poof* vanished into thin air. Let's ask ourselves a very simple question. If you were the custodian over the old TRDX share structure...and u "gifted" yourself 120 MILLION shares...why would you sell them if you had Insider knowledge of what the Asians were going to do with the new company?

As an aside to the above, David cancelled many classes of legacy shares including all preferred stock.

Jan Stahl held 160 million shares, to the best of my memory.

Why?

What does he have to do with the "new" TRDX and why should he be entitled to profit off of the "new" TRDX?

Why was he allowed to retain ownership of ANY shares whatsoever. - and have the ability to monetize those legacy shares?

Something very bad smells in Denmark.

We received information from LINE & Wylee that the company was looking into prior share issuances and were waiting on a report of findings.

Well...

What happened to David's shares? If he "sold" then those stock sales should have been mentioned.

It appears as if Taisho has similar concerns as myself, concerning these large shareholders. Perhaps they are of my mindset and don't really appreciate that type of overhang on the share structure. I've always been of this opinion but have not been vocal about it because everybody would have a heart attack.

An OTC company needs to become OTC pink current information prior to any adjustments on share structure. If taisho wants to get rid of Legacy shareholders such as Jan, it would be prudent to perform a RS to wipe Jan (and us) out completely. Those of us that understand how reverse stock splits ultimately pan out understand that it typically results in a complete loss.

Lets see what their next move is...
