SEAC -1.01 to 2.62 after the disappointing Q4 earnings .... I decided to hold, but have experienced numerous disappointing microcap Q4 earnings reports including SGRP, EDUC and CVU.

SEAC - My impression was that people weren't initially intending to hold beyond this report anyway due to seasonality issues, right?
