No really, going private means different things to different people.

So I'll ask again, will ERHE go private or simply dark?

A publicly traded company has clear obligations to it's shareholders such as reporting it's finances, disclosing litigation, showing ownership and reporting compensation to name just a few. ERHE has done none of that since since at least August of 2017. The failure to file reports is not a new thing. The company even had it's corporate status defaulted multiple times in Colorado.

If the share registration is revoked, how will the company comply with its fiduciary duties to shareholders?
