Oil crashed before -one more time before the virus stopped travel and lowered demand. The reason oil dropped was Saudi and Russia in a pissing match - they opened up production which drove the price down. Even without any virus and the demand for oil we had in November the price would have tanked. Demand is stalled from the virus but the virus did not put CPE on the ropes
