Penny_stacks, it's usually the acquiring companies stock that takes somewhat of a down slide, and not to much but shares usually go down for the company that is doing the acquiring. But, it's not always that way for when it's something quickly accretive and in the same field as RXMD, who knows, shares might even be up a little.
