For all we know, GIFA could easily be leasing that building. There is no proof of assets because there are no financials.

Asset = Full ownership (no debt on said asset)

Liability = Mortage/Loan/Debt/Interest

There is no balance sheet or financials to prove that building is in anyway a liability or an asset.

Assumptions make an a&*.... (you know the rest)

The company stated in their last PR they are struggling financially! Why is it so hard to eat that?
