I interpreted what he said as they're not considering it now, but he didn't come across as definitely NOT going to do it.
I want someone to explain to me how it creates any value to current shareholders. Maybe by doing it they could attract some institutional money, but that's not a given either.
The value created is by doing deals that make the Company money. If they have to sell a property to give themselves more liquidity then they need to do that.
