Not sure what else you want them to say. Extreme circumstances currently happening that one can understand would result in delays.
I've personally had numerous projects and deadlines from other companies pushed out the past couple weeks. While people might be working at home these are not typical work from home situations.
You have all businesses and professionals working remotely, with some companies not as equiped as others with remote working. You also have kids at home full time, need to shop at certain times, taking care of parents and grand parents and all other sorts of complications.
They stayed they will still file soon so they did not completely kick the can down the road.
