How naive can you be, reverse split is always about dilution, how much more can they dilute, at least they have some mercy here, but that won't last too long, they are capped out, the only thing that will save the company last resort is reverse split so they can dilute to pay down some of their lingering debt and if they don't have any buyers the note holders are going to demand payments and if they can't payment they have to file bankruptcy and that is where the end of the line is for you shareholders. You are walking on a thin ice.
