The only problem here is.... This was never a real business from its inception. It's always been a "SHELL" no matter what the Companies names have been or what company direction they took and lied about. Whether Healthcare, Hydrogen, Real Estate, Marajuana, Temp Hiring or back to Real Estate again currently... This scam never owned a pencil to it's name EVER never mind anything of value. This scam was a Henry Fong pocket money scam from way back in the late 90's all the way to 2013 with a few name changes and directional changes and 3 scamming CEO's (into 2020) along the way.

This is the definition of a SHELL.... It will never be more then that ever!! This phony company doesn't have $10 or a pencil to its name...
