Yes it is. Can anyone PM some examples of some stocks that went from 1 penny to $2.50? I'm new to the OTC still, just a few years of trading, but every damn stock here is "going to dollar land as soon as the 10K comes", but the ones I've set small goals on off flipping, I've made tons of money on. Maybe not 10,000% returns, but it all adds up.
