NJ is on quarantine but Spectacular is considered an essential service so they are not closed. That being said NJ businesses that are still going are working from home to socially distance if possible.
I have spoken at length to my salesman today and also received documents from Mario Martinez, general manager, about my home solar and also about a commercial property my mother owns. They are working but not in the office just like I am working from home.
As for the building being for rent that as says it is from 2017. We have rental property and 2 tenants in one building which we divided . Not saying that is the case but looking at the back of the building it is a possibility.
