C’mon!!! “ Group A I'm sure is doing everything they possibly can to get something put together before tomorrow. They met eh attorneys just a few weeks ago and made their offer at the meeting. They then hired an attorney and had him working on a written agreement a week ago last Thursday. You don't hire an attorney, hire a Financial Advisor, have your attorney do a written agreement and have 2 meetings with the debtor- all within the last month unless you wanted to go forward. “

To answer your last question / comment. YES YOU DO. Maybe IMNP is just taking to Israel. Who knows what they are doing. Maybe Teper and Kaz are ordering take out. Who knows what they are up to. Teper is too busy with CHINA to do anything with little old IMNPq. Why would he want to talk about shells.
