LOL!! The price "shot up" because they put a price in that was above market, and that was an easy pump, like the company "knows something" or has some "secret side deal" that must be going to send the PPS upwards. Of course none of it hit the market, nobody is going to buy stock from the company when the PPS on the market is lower.
Now they're offering stock for $0.005 fixed price, and that is a better price for anybody that wants stock rather than buying it for $0.0069 off the market. It would be stupid to buy stock off the market when it is 30% cheaper from the company.
