Affiliates will continue to be subject to the limitations of Rule 144, other than the holding period requirement. A person who is an affiliate of ours at such time or during the prior 90 days would be entitled to sell within any three-month period only a number of shares that does not exceed 1% of the number of shares of our common stock then outstanding.
