On March 30, 2019, the Company entered into a promissory note with Travel Data Solutions in the amount of $110,000. The note is unsecured, due on March 30, 2020 and bears interest at a rate of 8% per annum.
On November 27, 2019, the Company entered into an agreement with promissory a holder of a note dated November 15, 2017 in the amount of $25,000
to convert to equity to 694,444 common shares. Interest on this note was forgiven.
