It would seem that lenders are going to get alot of houses in their inventory going forward. Those homes are not even close to getting to market yet.....buyers are going to be in control and until the repo house market "clears" this real estate bear should be alive and growling.
Way too soon to call it over....it hasn't even begun.
Im hoping to snag a few nice deals in the next few years. I loved the RTC debacle of the early 1990's!!
