Why would a company R/S a ticker with a 5 million O/S? That just sounds silly. They just spent there money doing a huge one (500 to 1) like 7 month ago and the whole O/S is still tiny today.

Right after the the R/S the whole board resigned and a whole new board was appointed. No company would spend the money again to do another R/S when there is only 5 million shares in there whole O/S with there market cap being less then $50k now.

Do not think the price going lower will cause another R/S. An R/S comes when the shares structure gets to fat. That is clearly not the case here with there tiny 5 million O/S. If the company wants a higher share price all they have to do is speak just once. It's obvious this company can care less about it's share price right now. It's very easy to see what is going on here and why she is going lower. Have a look at the trade history today. See the 3 tiny sells into the BID? Little sells worth nothing to take her lower. This is what happens to tickers with micro share structures that have no BID support. They are very easily manipulated. Don't be fooled by the games played to shake the tree. Hold on to those shares tight. We have some sick gains coming from down here.

The paint downs are what is taking the share price lower every day. Notice the 3 sells into the BID in a row today that were worth a whopping $5 total taking her down 27 ticks real quick?

Someone spent way more money on broker fees then they did on shares trying to make it look weak and take it lower. The manipulation on this one is very easy to see. Taking advantage of this manipulation is how the biggest gains will be made here.
