The company noted on the call yesterday a constant dialogue with NASDAQ reviewers. As for clock reset a question was asked and the company maintained share price reprieve has not been requested and that a minimum 3$ bid ask must be inline on day uplist is granted. There is no consecutive trading days whilst application is pending approval, the question was answered on the conference call.
