What kind of DD is that?? This already trades on the pink sheets. It always has. Nothing wrong with the pinks. It's the grays that should be worried about not the pinks. https://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/DIRV/overview

Understanding how this stuff works is how the big gains are made in the OTC.

The only thing that will happen if they don't file by the extension date is they will get a yield sign on the OTC Markets page. The will turn to current again as soon as they file.

As for now they are still current and filled for the extension so nothing to worry about.
