Excuse me, but I just made a correction. I am cancelling a total of 15,000,000 shares in the MERGER to give the incoming friends a 285/300 = 95% equity stake. This way, for a 5% hair cut fee.....this pays for all the past SEC criminal fraud filings, and also my decision to bring current the Company in June 2018....I was afraid to do it, but I plowed ahead. and filed my past returns to the best of my abilities.
So 285/300mln = 95% EQUITY OWNERSHIP at $.001 ---> compare this 5% clip, to pay for past mistakes, and just deal with the old NO CORRECTION SEC filings. It is part of our HISTORY.
They are getting 270,000,000 @ .001 + 16mln of my cancelled stock, and then all REISSUED BACK TO THEM.....at par value......except the 5......s0 they will in the end control now 285,000,000 of ACCR TODAY.
I think as CFO, I will recommend that they buy back stock like crazy now....as legally as maxed out as they can.....and ready all this stock for a 10-1 reverse merger deal.....classic textbook style. Oh yeah, Baby!!!!
They could throw just $1mln at the market to buy stock.....and BAMM! just like the old days....they could. I'm just structuring and watching, and posting my free speech.
I know once STEPHANE let's me start this funding agreement for ACCR, this is where we receive the $270,000.00 to start our Journey. I am trusted with the ACCR Treasury until they arrive. I cannot spend the money without the approval from STEPHANE...it is my word and my bond to him. We are committed to be friends as soulmates forever before our GODS. We shared a very private moment. My contact at the SEC at the Div of Corp Finance are all cool with ACCR. I am not hurting any investors. ....I told them that they could put me in a little box, and put it away way up in the file cabinet and NEVER have to worry about hurting investors. I'll be happy with 3,698,437 shares.
That's still about 1% of the 300MLN AS.

If they re-IPO at $10 a share, that's a cash out price for me of $36,000,000 - $36million.
