The way I see it is a fast growing company needing access to american cash on the sidelines that is looking for a safe haven utilty stock

The start trading with 30mil shares OS with 18mil restricted.

The new high revenue ACCR puts out news on their billion dollar near term guaranteed projects then start issueing new blocks of their 270mil AS.

We sit here and watch in awe.
