So what is that, 20 investors? Hell lets say they all own 4.99%, then all hell is going to break lose because the float is only 40 million! Can you imagine!!!! Right now before you have to file it is a threshold of about 2.9 million shares per investor to own. At the current price that is about an investment of about $11,800.00!!! See how EMET is going to lock this stock up for shareholders??? That 4.99% clause is going to prove their demise! JMHO

Correct, own 5% or more of the OS, you will have to file a Schedule 13D and selling gets complicated until you are back under 5%. Also, filling out a schedule 13D requires you to divulge more information on a publicly accessible document than you may want others to know.
