It was more than one shareholder, Mark also emailed other people some of which are very trustworthy like Delsurfer and Sloan89RH.

Desurfer even posted a screenshot of the email from Mark

I still believe a PR wouldn't necessarily be needed.... Just put more details of the test on the website with the remark "SUBMITTED To FDA FOR APPROVAL"!!!

But NOOOOO, as always keep information to a minimum and let investors speculate the heck out of the fragments!!!!
