To say QMC has not demonstrating the ability to make a commercially viable QDSC. is totally an out an out lie.

QMC demonstrated its QDSC technology to Amtron, Assam Electronics Development Corporation Ltd. A Govt. of Assam Undertaking, and Amtronic CC and they signed an agreement to build a QDSC facility.

Seems pretty obvious that putting on a demonstration/sales pitch/dog & pony show that gets someone to buy into what you are selling (a license), does not prove that QMC demonstrated the ability to make commercially viable QDSC's. With what assets or solar cell pilot facility would QMC have to demonstrate "the ability to make a commercially viable QDSC?"

Not at all. Quite the opposite actually. The only QDSC from them that we've seen was held together with paper clips. There is all but zero chance they have ever tried to run QDSC on high-speed R2R. A survey of the current scientific literature roundly suggests the technology to do it don't exist because techniques used in the lab don't scale up well. For that matter, I can't find where QMC has ever claimed they have done it.

QMC demonstrated its QDSC technology to Amtron, Assam Electronics Development Corporation Ltd. A Govt. of Assam Undertaking, and Amtronic CC and they signed an agreement to build a QDSC facility.

QMC, Amtronics, and Amtron may all believe that can do it, but that's a far cry from actually doing it.

Funding for the facility has been approved and is shared between Grants by the government of India, bank guarantees for Amtron and Amtronic CC.

The agreement is to build a QDSC production facility not to build a facility to develop a QDSC.

We have no idea what in the Agreement with Amtron. The Amtronics agreement was not a serious agreement, and they don't appear to have any money anyway. We have no idea if there are technology milestones required by Amtron to get the funding. You're right, it's not a development agreement which is exactly why we should expect that there are provisions in the agreement to protect Amtron if it's not developed yet.
