So at the very least delayed R/S or it's cancelled, but they couldn't R/S until they were current on filings anyways. We been waiting for them to get current...so once we are current should is a big push.

As of April 28, 2020 there were 2,247,678 shares of the registrant's $0.001 par value common stock issued and outstanding.

On November 17, 2017, the Company effected a reverse stock split on a basis of 1 new common share for every 100 old common shares.

Additionally, on February 14, 2020, the Company effected a reverse stock split on a basis of 1 new common share for every 100 old common shares.
The impact of these reverse stock splits has been applied on a retroactive basis.
