Because until the patents are transferred into lcy name they most be kept up to date . The question is why would the debt ridden shell be paying an intellectual property attorney to update something for a month ? Where did the money come from and who at the empty debt ridden shell is authorized to do anything ? Perhaps you should call Mr Cohn and see what he says . The pandemic has slowed things down but you may catch him in the office .
