I agree with JP on his post. Remember all the huge numbers being billed for 2018 and 2019. 2 mill a week adds up to more then 10mill. If they don't file then I guess we know all those tweets to the very last one was all a LIE !!. we have a catch 22 situation don't we ?

And again.... Form 15 is invalid starting 2020 (above 10 mil for 2019). SEC will demand and require ARYC to produce financials within 60 days. This is not my opinion, but Form 15 SEC guidelines (Read it). If they were truly tweeting revenue for 2019 they will no longer follow form 15 guidelines. They now have 2 months per SEC.. Count down..
