I strongly believe we will see the 10k on Monday, latest Friday.

Agreed with the revenue expectation. PACV stated in a PR that San Diego Farmers Outlet did $5m in 2019. Also, the company would have received at least half a month worth of revenue ($1 - $2m) from Seaport since being acquired in mid-Dec.

In any case, the 2019 10k will show a record revenue growth year.
