You are also assuming $2.00 a share, big assumption since we are sitting at $2.54, and no sales, and placement would be needed wouldn’t be at $2.00 and I believe some of the 6 million has already been spoken for.

“2.3M solidifies the next year at our current rate, and judging by all the recent contracts, will support the personnel and hardware to complete further testing and additional units of PR3D” your estimate last time they received funds, yet they had to place shares that hadn’t even been voted on.
