Are you shocked about the wonderful news in friday's afterhour 10k ?

And whatever "inner financial transactions" that have taken place are in the 10-K for the entire globe to see...

This includes the SEC...

Everything that is being done, is allowable by their standards of practice...

Kim makes decision that he states are in the best interest of the shareholders...

Without knowing why (the exact causal nature) certain decisions are made...

At any given time...

I'm inclined to give Kim the benefit of the doubt, more often than not.

This CEO has been (allegedly) accused of running a scam, etc., etc....

Yet the duration of KBLB's existence as a publicly traded company rings true at the end of the day.
