The PDUFA was set for Saturday 2/28/2020 and probably wasn’t thinking News would not come on Friday

I followed the stock the minute you posted and
a few minutes later had my dilemma whether to
jump in or not.
I decided first to do some basic research, by then
the stock jumped 20% and i opted not to do so.

Hopefully for you, Monday will show an improvement
in market mood towards RMTI.
