Exactly, ...No guarantees, but a higher than average probability of success, imo
TMPS has already proven the navy wants them with the previous award.
Unfortunately, it was canceled in protest, but the Navy's short term omega extension indicates there's a good chance the Navy will be coming back to tmps.
If for some reason we don't get the Navy's contract, we know there's a ton of other opportunity elsewhere too.
